Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?
The message it displays is "accessing Itunes Store" and when I run the diagnostic, the reason is "Connection Timeout"
With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

Many thanks. Your advice worked. I unistalled the SpeedBit Video Accelerator, Restarted the system and Itunes connected without further problems to the Itunes store
🙂 Excellent news. Glad you got things sorted out.
