Who do I contact if I didn't get credit for an in-ap purchase?
I purchased chips for the WSOP Ap and was charged double the value. During initial purchase I lost wi-fi and transaction was not completed. when wi-fi returned i completed the transaction again and it went through. However I was charged for two purchases although only credited with chips for one. I Would like to know who to contact to rectify this situation.
