iPhone 4 / IOs 6.1.3

I can no longer sync my McBook Pro iCal with my iPhone through iTunes.


I am not using iCloud and do not want to after a disasterous experince trying to sync iCal through the iCloud.


I deleted all the Calendars from my phone and Mac after disconnecting from the cloud ans started again from iCal on my Mac.


My iPhone is has Calendar syncing with iCloud switched off.


When syncing through iTunes it does not even see any Calendars in the iPhone info window.


When I select replace data from this iPhone from this Mac nothing happens.


I have tried resetting the SyncServices folder as per http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1627?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US


But I still cannot Sync.



Any help appreciated.
