Can I use two network connections?

My company's internet usage policy is so tight that I can't FTP. This is a definite cramp in my style since I'm a web developer. A solution that I found to get around this is a mobile hotspot that I can use while I upload files. Therefore, I can access the company network using ethernet and mobile hotspot when I need to get around their policy.

That's all well and good. But while using the hotspot I have to disconnect my ethernet connection which drops me from Office Communicator and Outlook.

Is there a way to access one network via ethernet (company network) and internet via wifi?
