Remover Header/Footer Preset when printing from Safari

I just bought a MacBook Air and I've connected it to my wireless HP 8100 OfficeJet Printer. Anytime I print from safari it automatically prints the header and footer - how can I change this setting?

You can change it by unchecking the "Print Headers and Footers" box at the bottom when you do:

File > Print and click the "Show Details" box at the bottom.
