Can someone tell me how I can access my music from itunes without having to download it from the cloud again? I get a message saying there may be additional fees to download music I've already purchased. Isn't the cloud application supposed to allow you to share your Itunes music across multiple devices?

In many countries you can redownload purchased music for free. To see if this is availble where you are, check under the Music column under "iTunes in the Cloud availability by country" in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085. If it is available, make sure you are signed into the ID used to purchased the music in Settings>iTunes & App Sores. There's more information on this here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519.
