Unable to sync Outlook 2010 calender with itunes & Iphone 5

I am using a Dell computer with Vista OS and MS Outlook 2010. My itunes version is 11.0.2.26 and iPhone 5 version6.1.3

I am unable to sync either new or old calenders from outllok to iphone via itunues. I have already tried everything listed in some forums and nothing. I reinstalled Itunes but still nothing!

If anyone can help please let me know!!
