IPhone won't sync? Help please

When I plug in my IPhone, Itunes detects my device, but it won't sync. I've tried rebooting my Iphone, opening Itunes first before plugging in my Iphone, and reinstalled Itunes to no avail.

i can't see my playlists or anything, and I really want to add some songs. How do I fix this? The help is appreciated
