The HDTV has a HDMI port which you can use to connect your computer to your HDTV. In order to connect the Mac to your TV, first you have to buy a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter (your computer has got a Thunderbolt port, but it's compatible with Mini DisplayPort cables and adapters). Also, buy a HDMI cable to connect the adapter to your TV. After connecting the HDMI cable to both, image will start being shown on the TV
