I lost password and user do to a computer crash and lost email site

Two things. I had an account with the email account svlunasea1@yahoo.com, that account got thown out because of lack of use, I have $76 credit of music on in the itunes store.

I also have over 3000 songs I can not find, my account does not come up when I turn itunes on, just a stange page like a store but the libary is gone?
