I had 40 GB for icloud backup already which I had paid $40 for already and I upgraded to 100. Shouldn't I only be charged $60 instead I was billed 100! How come?

I had 40 GB for icloud backup already which I had paid $40 for already and I upgraded to 100. Shouldn't I only be charged $60 instead I was billed 100! How come?

yeah, that stinks. do you at least get a full year from your purchase date?


the only thing i can think of is that they charge you 100 for a full year. but you would think they would apply a retro rate for what you haven't used.


how long have you been using your 40 GB? when did you first pay for it?


depending on your answers to those questions you might have a good case to call apple and get something fixed.
