When someone calls me. I getting good speeds so thats why I just use my phone but I hate it when Iam playing with friends online and I get booted when someone calls me so in other words just wanna make it to where I can turn off to receive calls when I make it far gaming or downloading thanks.

If you do anything involving Cydia you are jailbreaking and that voids your warranty and all support from Apple, including these discussions. Avoid that software.

You can set your account to forward you calls to another number.

First got to Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb

Set do not disturb to allow calls from No One.

Then go to Settings > Do Not Disturb and turn it on.
