How can I call someone who live outside US by FaceTime?

Make sure both of you are on wifi, go to your contacts and find the individual that you want to Facetime and click on Facetime.

Do I use the country code and the number, or do I have to use 011, them country code and phone number
You don't use the phone number, you are using Facetime to connect. It isn't necessary to establish a regular phone call first.
Not a regular call,but to FaceTime someone on their iPhone we can use the phone number or e-mail. But on my case I so not have my friend e-mail. So I need to use his phone number. So FaceTime need country code?
