setting date and time

I start my apple tv 3rd genration today and setting date and time... massege is taking too long.

I tried to change the network, did not help

then I tried to restart, also did not help

I unpluged elctrcity cable , also not helping.

How can I solve the problem?

note: I purchased my device last week first time, my device was working very good before last software update, Which was two days ago I recived massege says update is avliable, I updated the software then turn off my apple tv, since then I am just reciving Setting date and time ... but nothing happining!
