How can I open .nri files on a mac please?

I created CD and DVD Layouts on a Pc using Nero Software.

The files appear as .nri files and I cannot open them on my mac. Is there any way around this problem, please?

Thanks Mike, I have just solved my own problem - was able to choose Word to open the files with and it has worked. Much simpler than I thought, but I will also look at the link you suggested, thanksk again.
