I forgot my encrypted iphone backup password.Please help me to recover it

I have latest itunes 11.0.2.26 and i forgot the encrypted backup password.Whenever i try to restore my iphone it prompts me to the password which i forgot.

Now the problem is i ant to upgrade my iphone and if i upgrade i cant be able to recover the data thats lost upgrading.

I have searced and searched on the net and no solution really came up to recover the password and thats making me angry.

Please give some suggestions.

P.S. - For those who want to back up their product...please please please dont enter arbitrary password and even if you does,keep it simple and never ever forget it.
