I am running screen sharing of an old dual G5 via my new 27" iMac, and it works great with one exception:
I can't get the old dual G5 to share its screen at sizes larger than 1680 x 1050...
How can I get the dual G5 to provide a much larger display, say 1920 x 1200 (easily fits on 27" iMac screen).

What rez is the G5 set to, & what size screen does it have?
There is no monitor attached. I only access it through screen sharing. Is there a way to force a larger "screen" ?
In Screen Sharing, can you get to System Preferences>Displays on the G5?
Yes.

There are no larger sizes on offer in Prefs > Displays, on the G5.
Then you'll have to attach a monitor to the G5 with higher rez, or possibly a DVI-> VGA dongle or such.
There used to be utilities to force different resolutions....
Surely there is an override or terminal command etc?
