Dictation
Hello
I have a new iPad
I'm trying to activate Dictation and followed the next path:
Settings > General > Keyboard and there's no "Dictation" switch. I do not know how could this option appear.

dictation is with-in the apps, it is the lil mic on the keyboard when you start typing.
