I've had my phone 8 month do I have warranty?

My phone vibrated off the table when someone was phoning me and the screen is cracked, am I covered?

No. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.

An out of warranty replacement will cost you $199.

yeah you warranty won't cover vibrating off of a table. Im sure you can get a 4s screens repaired from an independent source a lot cheaper than a replacement from apple.
