fontexplorer Sets missing

Am uisng FontExplorer X Pro 3.5.2 with no problem and suddenly application asked to reinstall, which i ve done. All font Sets have disappear and doing Time Machine to restore .app file doesnt bring sets back. Any idea?

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
