Q: Keyframing in SoundTrack Pro

Is there a way to keyframe an effect (like space designer) in SoundTrack Pro. I would like the effect to fade in slowly.

I started a thread with the same question in the SoundTrack Pro forum... which I assume is not the same thing as here... confusing...

Thanks.

    You need an Exponential fade

Soundtrack Pro is the same product whether it came with FCS or Logic. No difference.

Let say someone is walking from outside to inside a home. the sound changes completely. Keeping the same track in Soundtrack pro, how can a apply an effect in the middle of a track. I understand what is an exponential fade but with this I have to duplicate that track, cut where I want the effect to start and fade it with the beginning of part 1 of that track... thinkig out loud here... does that make sense?!?!

    Thanks.
