I have an IMac mid 2007. I have installed Windows 7 via bootcamp. The Mac OS is Mountain Lion. I then upgraded the windows to Windows 8. Everything worked fine at first but now the Boot Camp panel stoped working. I cannot download the latest boot camp because it is for later Imacs. The only version I can get is 4.0. Has anyone expirenced this? The only other issue I can find is that the Bluetooth keyboard states that it is offline.

Thsnk you for your respnse and sending the link. What I find odd is that it allowed me to upgrade to windows 8 if it will not support it. Hopefully someone else has experienced his and has a work around.
Any word on an answer for this? Windows 8 is happily running on my 2007 iMac (the MacOS is Mountain Lion). Come on, Apple, it probably wouldn't take that much more effort to add the needed software support. I see no reason to junk an otherwise perfectly operating iMac.
