My i pod flashing it says sdram full test.. reset to continue but it not switching on or off ny ideas why this might happen

My ipod is flashing with message sdram full test. .run: BL on

pass BL:`Fail

Fail BL Off

Reset to continue but wont respond to nything

Ny ideas????
