Q: Adobe Premiere Elements 10

I am editing a video on Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and the original video that I was given isn't fullscreen. I was wondering if there is any way of making it fullscreen without cutting off any part of the video.

Adobe Premiere Elements 10, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)
