Sharing Project for iWeb, Sharing Project for iWeb

I just completed a movie in FCPX and want to put it on my website that I created with iWEB. What settings should I use on the Share menu so that it is not so large it will take too long to download or too small that it will look distorted?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
