Q: Changes made on ios devices and iCloud.com won't sync to my Mac

Hi to whomever can help me, when I make a document on iWork mobile it upload to iCloud.com and I can see it but it won't update to my Mac, in fact, there is no documents on my Mac full stop, same Apple ID's everything but it just wont work!

Please can someone help me.

Latest 10.8.3
Recently downgraded to 10.8 to see I Fi coup fix it.
Please note that its only Documents in the cloud that isn't working, notes and all the one ever vices are working properly.
