Can the hp photosmart a826 printer work with I phone4s or I pad 3.

I'm guessing you mean wirelessly? I use an application called Print 'n Share, and it works fine for Web pages, documents, photos. You can check the app out on the App Store and give it a try to see if you like it. I don't think it is super expensive....(sorry - I bought it a long time ago, and can't remember how much it was....)

A quick look at the A826 web site shows it is a compact stand-alone printer designed to operate without a PC or Mac. I'd say it is unlikely it will print from an iOS device.

Take a look at the App Store HP ePrint App which might (?) work. It is a free App so may be worth a try.
