What do I do if only half my songs that I bought on iTunes downloaded?

What do I do if only half my songs that I bought on iTunes downloaded?

I bought and dowloaded the new James Blake album, Overgrown. It completed the download but only half of the songs are able to play. The rest are marked in grey with an exclamation mark. What do I do? I want my songs!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...

Delete the Song(s) and re-download...
