Managing music on iPhone
How can you manually delete and edit music that is on my iPhone through iTunes? The interface makes it way harder to do such things

If you're using iTunes 11, go to the View menu and select "Show Sidebar". That should make it easier. You will of course have to have "manually manage music" set up for your iPhone on the Summary tab.
