my apple tv will not detect any networks to pair with

I have purchased an apple tv. I had an unstable Wifi connection and apple tv could not detect any networks to pair with.

I now have a stable connection and now when i turn on my apple tv, it will not detect any wifi networks at all.

Any solutions?

I have reset my apple tv, and have checked all my shared libraries are on and available (all seetings for home sharing are enabled in all my devices)

please help
