I´m trying to accept the review agreement to enroll in IOS Dev developpment but im stuck in the same webpage, i have read everything but when i accept the agreement they reload the same page, i don´t kmow what to do, i have tried with Safari, Chrome & firefox but they give me alwase the same problem, i can´t pass the agreement and don´t know why!

I'm also having the same issue. I'm trying to register as a developer (for a Master's course) but cannot get past the "Review Agreement" page loop. I have tried several browsers on several machines (clearing cookies, cache, etc too).
Has anybody solved this or at least heard anything from Apple?

After an annoying phone call with Apple (transferred 4 times), I eventually got to someone who found out from his supervisor that my Apple ID would never work. It apprently has something to do with the migration of Apple IDs that were created before they started requiring full email addresses.
I created a new Apple ID (with a different email address, of course), and now I'm in. AFAIK, this is the ONLY way in.

Im wondering what this means in terms of installing teh latest ios on a device associated with my actual apple id. I have a full email user id, created, idk, 7 + years ago... And Im stuck in the loop. I try my fiances ID and it lets me through fine. But if all my devices are associated to my actual ID, if I create a new one... What are the ramifications of developing apps and testing on my device(s) with the different ID?
I'm experiencing the same problem and have no clue on how to get passed it. I cannot even go to the "contact support" page as immediately this "review agreement" page presents itself in an endless loop. Please suggest what I could do...😟
