How can i stop my text messages displaying on MacPro?

You can't as long as you're signed into the same iCloud account as the iPhone is. Send a feature request to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/icoud.html or http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html

I may be wrong on that. Do you have the Messages applicaiton on your Mac Pro? If so open it and go to its preferences. In the Accounts pane see if your iCloud account is there. If it is click on it and in the window at right either uncheck any checkbox that has your iPhone phone number associated with it or disable the account entirely and see if that stops the messages from your iPhone.
