Q: why my iphon give me error code 1009?

i Have iPhone 4 and when i want to download any apps it's give me error code 1009 how can fixed that

That's almost funny, since Apple products are not legitimately available for sale in Iran.

I'm sorry to hear that, Apple is a *****,why r u afraid of? i love u , know what?, u say freedom, but we see iTunes and Google play stop their services to our sweet country, tell me why!!?! Is this your freedom bro?! Seriously? Your government  just know how to slaughter innocent people, and the companies like you just support it, finally we hunt u down , not in war but in science !!! And on that day we share our information with you and all the other countries, because we're not like u!!! We respect to each other.

Yeah, that's because Iran is under sanctions...
Use an L2TP/PPTP vpn to download from the Appstore, this will make apple servers think you're somewhere out of Iran, so they'll let you download your app. OpenVPN is another choice.
If you still had trouble downloading applications, try downloading them from iTunes on your PC/Mac ;-)

shame on u apple . how you can do this with iranian people ??? what is our sin that we live in iran i'm so so so sorry for all of you. i'm a 21 years old i work 3 month and save my money to by iphone5s and when i start using itunes i see this disgusting error . you really make me depress i'm so so sooooooooooooo sorry for U

Governments impose sanctions - not Apple.   Apple has to comply.

Sanctions on some products have been eased, including iTunes. However, the fact remains that there is no app store or music store for Iran. You can not make purchases from a different country's store. That's just the way it is.

hi you know it's not iranian fault

it is a fact iphone is  really expensive here in iran  so we spend alot of money on it...

now i prefer to buy a samsung phone but it's too late...

surly this phone is harmfull without app store...

what is your idea?? any advices??

Expensive? Well, yes, when you try to buy something that is not legitimately available in your country at all, then you're going to have to pay more.

Apple does not do business in Iran at all.

Try changing your ISP. I don't get any 1009 error any more, though I used to in the past.

If you don't want to bother doing it, just use a vpn. And you know that buying one in Iran is a breeze ;-)

Try either l2tp/pptp/openvpn on your iPhone. hope it works.
