Q: Does this feature only apply to iOS devices? This feature does not work on my iPhone 4S iOS 6.1.3 with an Android device number added to Favorites.

I created a favorites list, set Allow Calls From Favorites, and have the Do Not Disturb enabled. However my phone only rings from contacts on this list with iPhones. It does not ring from contacts on this list with Android devices. Is this an iOS only feature like Facetime?

No. It relies on the caller ID string received from your carrier. What type of phone is on the other end doesn't matter.

Check the contact records. make sure you have the number entered EXACTLY as it is displayed by caller ID.

When I checked my contact record, I did notice I had a 1 before the area code. I modified the record to be exactly as a known working record. However the phone still did not ring. So then I deleted the record completely, created a new contact from the recent call list and then the phone rang as it should. Thanks KiltedTim for the help.
