Why on earth are these limits so low?

Some server processes can be much more lightweight than these limits imply! So, why are these limits so low?

Care to share what limits you're talking about?


Right now your post equates pretty much to asking 'why is this so long?'.

Without knowing whether you're talking of a piece of string or the duration of a meeting (or something completely different), there's really no way to answer your question.


So which server process are you talking about? what limit? what do you think is 'reasonable'?

Context is key.
