Am I going crazy or has the option to select photos to sync disappeared from itunes? I wanted to update/change my settings for which albums were synced on my iphone and ipad with my imac via itunes, but the "button" seems to have disappeared.
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.3
Try the iTunes View menu item "Show Sidebar" to get an iTunes view that is more familiar.
Tried this but the photo tab option is not there? Has there been an update or something that has put it in a different place. I have music, apps, and everything as normal but no photo????
Do you have any photos on your iPad at all? You have synced with this Mac using this iPad before?
Assuming that you have, quit iTunes, restart your iPad and restart the Mac. Try syncing with the cable as well.
Ok will try. Have tried with cable but no difference. As both iPhone and iPad aren't showing the photo tab, I assume it is my mac. However will turn everything off and start again. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your help.
Plug iPad in to Mac open iTunes select iPad icon in side bar about half way down page is a list from left to right app,movie,music, and so fort at the very end is photos click photos two columns appear left column albums right column events. Some of the albums may or may not have ticks on the same with events select with tics will allow photos to sync once the sync button is pressed. The sync button resides to the right of the iPad memory bar along with revert and apply adding or subtracting ticks varies the amount of memory used when your happy with what you want hit apply and then sync.
