If that's the case you will need to start your with the USB drive that shipped with your MacBook Air or use an external USB drive to start your computer and run disk utility to repair the hard drive. If that not possible then try starting your computer in single user mode (holding down the command + S keys) then type fsck. Take a look at this link, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1417

I cant find the disk that came with my computer. =/
