My computer keeps freezing then after it decides to wake up from the freeze a tab in safari opens up on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1935?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

??? I am not doing anything with motion... just sitting at my desk...

You retina MBP is still under warranty. Take it to an Apple genius bar and have them check your MBP.
