May 2, 2013 12:27 PM in response to shanneca76by vandyjay,Same issue here. Wifi facetime is fine, 3G facetime will only show connecting, but never connect successfully.
Nothing changed on my end. I think it's an Sprint issue.

May 2, 2013 12:34 PM in response to vandyjayby ChrisJ4203,Facetime will only work on cellular when, 1) you have it turned on it settings, 2) the carrier supports it.
If you have it turned on in settings and it is activated, then I would contact the carrier and see what the problem might be at their end.

Contacted both Sprint and Apple, neither could do anything or find anything wrong with it.

May 7, 2013 1:29 PM in response to vandyjayby ChrisJ4203,The only support document regarding troubleshooting Facetime is http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3367
User troubleshooting on the phone is restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as a new device.
