I don't have FaceTime on my device how could i install it?

kindly note that i got my device from United Arab Emirtes's stores my residency now in USA

Devices sold in many Middle Eastern countries are not allowed to have this capability.

Facetime is banned by law in UAE (and KSA). It has been permanently removed from all phones sold in those countries. The restriction is placed on Apple as a condition of doing business there.

There is no way to add it to that phone.
