Push certificates only displaying bundle prefix, not bundle ID.

After the recent UI switch all of the push certificates I create are displaying in Keychain Access as:


Apple Development IOS Push Services: ABCDE12345:ABCDE12345


while all the ones I had already created display as


Apple Development IOS Push Services: com.mycompany.myapp


I'm assuming there is a real difference in these types of certs, but I can't figure out what I'm doing that's causing them to come out differently. Or is it just that new certificates are displayed this way now?
