Apr 10, 2013 8:23 PM in response to Laxxer6by randers4,If your computer is signed into your iCloud account with photo stream enabled, it will. Deleting a photo stream photo on any of your devices will delete it from photo stream an your other devices that are syncing with your iCloud account with photo stream enabled.
However if when you say "the next time I connect the two together" you are talking about connecting your phone to your computer with your usb cable, then no. When you connect your phone with your usb cable you are only importing camera roll photos, not photo stream photos. Thus, nothing you do with your photo stream photos will have any effect on this.

Are you syncing photos using iCloud? Hook your phone to your computer using a USB cord, then open Photos/iPhotos or Image Capture and download the pictures to the computer. Once that is done, go Settings/iCloud and turn off iCloud Library. You should now be able to delete the photos from the phone.
