How do i get my girlfriends Iphone calander to sync with my calendar

My girlfriend is a Nurse and i am forever fogetting when she is working as she does different shifts.

I want her to be able to put her shifts in her i phone 4 calander and then i will get them on my i phone 5 too!

That way we will both be updated all the time.
