So I've been working on an application for applescript for a while now and I was wondering if there was anyway to create a gameboard that is interactable like chess (But with worse graphics)? Help is much aprecitaed.

Yeah, that's not possible with applescript. You should learn Xcode and create your app from there.

Yes.
You should go to Mac's Dev Center, where you will learn Objective-C and you can download Xcode and get started. I am in the process of learning developement myself. However in order to know Objective-C you have to at least know c programming, which is what I am doing now, then I will move onto Objective C and start programming apps.
