I woke up this morning to my iPhone not working properly.... I can't receive emails, no apps like Facebook and Instagram will work and I can't get iMessage to activate. Anyone else having this problem? I have 2 friends with iPhones and they say they are having the same issues. Should I call Apple or my carrier (Verizon)??
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
