Exporting KN to QuickPlayer Delays?

I have created a simple KN with a dozen slides, one of which has a video clip which is set to play automatically. Transitions are set at 7 seconds. When reviewing the project in KN, all transitions play as I have set them. When I export the project to QuickTime, however, all transitions play as I have set them EXCEPT for the slide with the video clip. In QuickTime, after the video plays, there is a delay with a duration equal to the running time of the video itself before the following slide appears.

Anyone have any idea what I might be missing? Thanks in advance!!

In QuickTime, after the video plays, there is a delay with a duration equal to the running time of the video itself before the following slide appears.

This is usually because there is a delay in the transitions inspector and other inspector settings are interfering with the QT export

Change to the following settings:

Inspector > Transition > Start Transition > on click

Inspector > Document > Presentation > normal

Share > Export > QuickTime:

Playback > Fixed Timing

set slide duration to 7sec

format > custom and set the CODEC - preferably use H264
