can not select attendees at invitation

I have selected a standard Adress at my contacts

I switched off the cloud

I have selected a standard email box

I think I have doen the right things and I can't select attendees by creating or changing the invitation.

How to solve this. Latest version of iOS is installed 6.1.3

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3
