I am having terrible time with a blank imessages screen,the imessages icon is showing my messages coming through but its blank,so i contacted apple support and spent 2 hours  live talking and the outcome was this

How to transfer or sync content to your computer

emailed to me telling me how to do syncing,i am telling you i am well fed up so can anyone tell me how to combat this,i have reset everything but not restored as this is what i expected the apple consultant would send me how to do it!any help thankyou

    Try restarting your iPad by holding down the on/off and the home buttons add the same time until you see the Apple logo.  If you are still having problems try totally shutting down the iMessage app, double click your home button then find the iMessage app hold you finger on it for a few sec then tap the red minus sign.  Then give it a try, also try logging out of iMessage and signing back in.

    Eric,thankyou but i did all that last night,its like a message is blocking the system,is there any way of deleting email account and then starting again?i am not sure what to do,someone said go to i tunes and pay for an app to store all data then restore then put it all back again but i do not have a clue!
