I was charged for several items that I didn't purchase, nor did my child. It was reported.  My acct was turned off.  Actually while the acct was turned off and I was unable to do anything on it - another purchase posted on my email acct for the same thing even though I can't do anything.  I need my itunes acct turned back on.  I've tried, it won't let me. My acct is already being credited.
