none of this was helpful. My account was turned off b/c of charged I did not approve. Now I cannot do anything on my itunes account. I need it turned back on now. This was not my fault or my children's.
I was charged for several items that I didn't purchase, nor did my child. It was reported. My acct was turned off. Actually while the acct was turned off and I was unable to do anything on it - another purchase posted on my email acct for the same thing even though I can't do anything. I need my itunes acct turned back on. I've tried, it won't let me. My acct is already being credited.
