You cannot install a seperate lens on your iPod Touch. You don't need to worry. The lens is made of sapphire crystal, the second-hardest mineral on the Mohs' Hardness Scale.
If you mean a third-party accessory lens you would have to contact the manufacturer of the accessory for the iPhone lens. When the lens should functionally work, the difference in case configurations between the iPod and iPhone may result in the lens not properly fitting on the iPod
